What!

Flynn changing his plea when he found out trump was going to pardon him doesn't "prove" anything!  I literally laughed out loud at that. Thanks for the humor.

Hmmm....TheHill...”Nevertheless, after Mueller was appointed special counsel, investigators zeroed in on Flynn and his son, Michael Flynn Jr., who served as his chief of staff. Flynn was rapidly drained of his savings in the investigation and pleaded guilty, reportedly to protect his son and any remaining assets.”  Weird not a mention of worry about FARA charges.....Flynn finds out DOJ doesn’t agree to not go after his son.....Flynn changes Plea in January 2020....Brady material gets found and released....DOJ then agrees Flynn got railroaded, was innocent and agrees to drop charges....Pardon from Trump doesn’t happen untilllllllllllll......December 2020 because activist Judge wants to make some nonexistent point and hold up the proceedings in hopes of Biden winning and his DOJ changing course..

It's not weird that "The Hill"  wouldn't mention those.

But it's been widely noted the trouble Flynn was in. This is all something someone who alleges to be well-read on Flynn's case should know.

His problems include, among other things, an alleged kidnapping plota plan to build nuclear power plants all over the Middle East, alleged violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) involving at least two different countries, and apparent false statements to the FBI. In light of the scope and range of the activity that reputable news organizations have attributed to Flynn, it is no surprise that he has agreed to cooperate with Mueller in exchange for leniency.

The surprising thing about the plea agreement and the stipulated facts underlying it is how narrow they are. There’s no whiff of the alleged Fethullah Gulen kidnapping talks. Flynn has escaped FARA and influence-peddling charges. And he has been allowed to plead to a single count of lying to the FBI. The factual stipulation is also narrow. It involves lies to the FBI on two broad matters and lies on Flynn’s belated FARA filings on another issue. If a tenth of the allegations against Flynn are true and provable, he has gotten a very good deal from Mueller.

5. On March 7, 2017, FLYNN filed multiple documents with the Department of Justice pursuant to the Foreign Agents Registration Act ("FARA") pertaining to a project performed by him and his company, the Flynn Intel Group, Inc. ("FIG"), for the principal benefit of the Republic of Turkey ("Turkey project"). In the FARA filings, FLYNN made materially false statements and omissions, including by falsely stating that (a) FIG did not know whether or the extent to which the Republic of Turkey was involved in the Turkey project, (b) the Turkey project was focused on improving U.S. business organizations' confidence regarding doing business in Turkey, and (c) an op-ed by FLYNN published in The Hill on November 8, 2016, was written at his own initiative; and by omitting that officials from the Republic of Turkey provided supervision and direction over the Turkey project.

DOJ then agrees Flynn... was innocent

This is false.

What it says.

So, nothing pertaining to Flynn being "found innocent."  Gotcha.

Super weird to throw that in here, though. It's an exhibit to a motion, not a ruling of innocence

Were you going to provide a link to this, or just this screen capture? Or maybe give us the entire filing, since you (apparently?) have access to it.

But that's not going to happen, because it won't show what you're purporting it shows. Which is inherently a dishonest way to engage in a conversation.

Here - anyone can check this. Search for the word "innocent" in this doc.
