It goes back to him making the argument that because certain politicians didn’t address/deny certain accusations it makes them true. He has yet to deny these accusations. It’s been 3 months. The best chance of jail time may still be with the SDNY however. I hope they impeach and convict Trump in the senate - even if the conviction happens post Jan 20th. Link to comment
