ColoradoHusk
For the non-gamblers out there, those odds are based on betting $100 to win what is shown in that table. Looking at those odds another way, Ohio State is 1.5 to 1 to win the B1G, while NU has 33 to 1 odds to win the B1G. 3 Quote Link to comment
brophog
Injuries would have to fall very well for us and poorly for Wisconsin. Worth a flyer. Quote Link to comment

Iowa's playing weaker crossover opponents, and destroyed us the past 2 years. Or is there something I don't know - did they lose most of their starters? 1 Quote Link to comment

Mavric
Ohio State - Was 1st +150, now 1st -110 Wisconsin - 2nd +400, 2nd +250 Michigan - 4th +600, 3rd +400 Penn State - 3rd +450, 4th +500 Michigan State - 5th +1,000, 5th +1,200 Iowa - t-8th +3,300, t-6th +4,000 Nebraska - t-8th +3,300, t-6th +4,000 Northwestern - 6th +1,600, t-8th +8,000 Purdue - 7th +2,000, t-8th +8,000 Minnesota - 13th +5,000, 10th +10,000 Indiana - t-8th +3,300, t-11th +30,000 Maryland - t-8th +3,300, t-11th +30,000 Illinois - 14th +10,000, t-13th +100,000 Rutgers - t-8th +3,300, t-13th +100,000 So the betting is making things top-heavy, which is probably legit. Huskers move up in the list but getting longer odds. Quote Link to comment
brophog
Northwestern moving down. Notable primarily because as time has gone on it appears more and more likely Thorson is back for the opener. Quote Link to comment

So in the above graph, if I were to put $100 down on the Huskers winning the Big 10, the payout would be $33,000 or $40,000 depending on which line you bet on? Quote Link to comment

Those lines assume you are betting $100. So a $100 bet on Nebraska would win $3,300 or $4,000. But you'd have to bet $110 on Ohio State to win $100 now. Quote Link to comment
