  1. Past hour
  2. I am not big nor am I worth a s#!t but I'm slow and old and know how to foul!
  3. I know teachers that have said they will quit teaching if this becomes a thing here in Nebraska.
  4. This guy is neither a Democrat nor a Republican, so I'm putting this here. Is there a kook party? Because he's pretty kooky.
  5. Not really. Other than it feels like something is not like how it seems to everyone jumping to quick conclusions.
  6. I mean it is ASU...even their students are not really students! ZING!
  7. See I was never that good of a Catholic to know that.
  8. I really want to know who is behind these protests. We all might be very surprised.
  9. Today
  10. True. But they wouldn’t be anywhere close to where they are if we hadn’t shut down institutions that troubled people could be housed and helped. There issues within them. But, this is a prime example of a system with problems…..shutting them down instead of fixing them…..and now those people and society are even worse off.
  11. For-profit prisons don't help either.
  12. Casey Thompson got hurt, so it's happened even with a QB that didn't run. (I think Tanner Lee also got hurt but not sure on that one). OL play was getting better last year, so hopefully that helps, but I just don't think the starting QB makes it through the whole season without us needing the backup for some games - and maybe the 3rd string as well.
  13. When the run offense revolves around the QB, these kinds of things will tend to happen in today’s game. Combine that with a porous OL and that’s how we get multiple QB’s hurt each year
  14. This idiot really wants to be somewhere killing more people.
  15. The chart isn't meaningless, but it is misleading. It doesn't account for inflation - $1 dollar added to the national debt in the 1920s went a lot further than $1 dollar in 2024. So any graph dealing with government spending from any country will look similar. But, once again, I'll say that dealing with government spending is impossible for a number of reasons. When accounting for % of GDP, the national debt is high but it isn't the One major policy mistake made over the last several administrations has been that they did not issue longer term bonds at near 0% rates. I'm not an economist nor am I an expert in Fiscal Policy, but I'd hope the government has a plan to better take advantage of the next time the United States finds itself in a near 0% interest rate environment.
  16. I don't disagree. I think we've upgraded muchly since then.
  17. Still do not think he is better then what we have now.
  18. And he was a Game 1 starter two years ago. Bonkers.
