@huKSer  Seems like we are past the worst of it.  He ended up getting a quadruple bypass Monday.   Still in ICU, waiting for a room to open up.   Probably stay at the hospital for a few more days and then to a rehab facility for at least a week.    Thanks for asking!

Thanks for the well wishes T&Ps.   The worst is the waiting for updates and not being able to visit.  Hoping to hear something soon about how his surgery went.

closed campus, cancelled all sports, no visitors allowed in the building, more hand sanitizers, less coaches in the office and the admins are working from home more.   It's a weird world when your job is reliant on college sports and there are none.   AD said to start planning for no fall sports.  If that happens, not sure if I will still have a job, and if I do, what I'll be doing for the next year.

At an old job, co-workers and I would have a monthly game, my boss and a lot of mid and upper management and me, a direct report at the time.  Not a hug buy in for them, for me at the time it was a decent one, played one table tourneys and we'll play multiple a night.   First game, first hand, I get AK in the hole.   Flop comes A-K-7.   I bet a decent bet and get an immediate call and the other 5 fold.  So now it's heads up.   Next card, a dead card, can't remember what it is.   River card comes, another king.  So I'm sitting full house, Kings over aces.  I go all in, guy calls right away.  Flip my hand start going to collect my chips, he flips his hand.  He had A-A in the hole.  He wins with a full house Aces over kings.  Had to sit and stew for an hour and half waiting for them to finish the game

Bellevue 'shut down' starting today and next week.  Granted it's spring break, but they did cancel all school activities and kids time (day care at the school) to deep clean all the schools.   Wonder if the kids will be allowed to go back on 3/23.

Exactly why you don't boo injuries.   I remember the play he went off on, crowd around me was going nuts booing him.  Maybe some of the injuries were fake, or maybe they were minor and they did need to come off the field, either way, fans need to show more respect to the game and not boo.

Drive about 30 minutes East to Wisconsin and get some Spotted Cow.   I'm planning on getting a case or two of it when I head up tomorrow.

Very excited for this.   Catch the Huskers Saturday Night, then watch Ameer and Nate play Sunday afternoon, then head home.   It'll be a great football weekend for me.

I'm going.  In fact, we are doubling down with football that weekend and watching Ameer and Nate Gerry play on Sunday as well.

Thank God for adblocker.  I still don't have to deal with that.   And hopefully Max does ruin this site like he did his other, where he bullied his way around adblockers, it was either have ads and see the site or the site was hot garbage and couldn't be navigated.   Haven't visited that site since and haven't missed it.  Fingers crossed he doesn't screw this one up for me.

@VectorVictor I think that was BigHuskerFan, that site lost most of it's value when Eck left.  His loose lips gave one of the admins inside info, once he was gone, that admin (and Solly) kept thinking they were king ish and shot down anyone who disagreed with them 

I was on Max/Pedia and in the recruiting forum someone posted that Monique was a member here.   Checked it out, found it to be a much better (and cheaper) forum and been lurking/posting ever since.

I'm thinking he goes and hangs out with Tyjon at OSU.  I've been predicting this for awhile.

Surprising since, as of right now, that kid from UGa still has to sit out one year.   Tate would be the front runner without a NCAA waiver

@ScottyIceI agree, no need to change the staff up at all.   That's why I think, if we add anybody, add them to support staff, like Ron Brown, or to the recruiting department.  I believe all these guys can help with game-planning and scouting, and help identify talent to target.  They just can't be on the field 'coaching' but can assist in so many other areas.

Couldn't he just get a gig in the recruiting department and help identify targets?  

Legally, you go to one of the 4 states that allows sports betting and bet there.   Technically, as of now, there are no legal sites to place wagers.
