    Okay, @ColoradoHusk has said to wait a week but if you have emailed someone (that you work with) and they have not emailed back (yet), how long do you wait until you shoot them another email about the same topic?

      @teachercd I’d say most people of authority see that as persistence and a real desire for the role. I agree with @Enhance and would say 2-3 days. Can’t hurt, worse they say is no dude you suck and coaching dance probably isn’t for you. But eventually you’ll get over it!

      Yes sir! Thinking about throwing a small butt on myself, kids prefer that over the ribs. Another 5 hours or so and mine will all come off the smoker and into the cooler. Couple hours after that...happy me.

    I don’t post much anymore, but I do visit the board almost every day. Definitely gonna miss the status updates and most recent posts. Keep you up to date without spending the whole day on here. Also not fond of the huskermax setup/popup ads. Not that it matters but my 2cents.

    Preferred alternative turkey cooking method? Smoked or fried?

      Just got done smoking one a bit ago. Nothing as good as smoked. Fried is the second best prep for juicy but smoked is pure flavor. Inject with apple juice and baste wit apple juice and honey mix. Fantastic
