  1. Only one position on offense has a senior starter right now (Noa -or- Williams, both seniors). Out of 29 spots on the offensive depth chart for this week, only 4 are seniors, and 7 juniors. In other words, almost 2/3 of the guys on the offensive depth chart are underclassmen. I mentioned this elsewhere, but those three seniors anchoring the lines last year were originally Bo's recruits. Now we have zero seniors on the OL depth chart, and a handful of junior Riley recruits, ie guys who were mainly recruited just for pass blocking.
  2. He followed Riley to San Antonio, dunno where he's at now though.
  3. He's said he wants to run right through guys, which makes me wonder if he's holding himself back by not working on his field vision. He might end up being a different flavor of Marlon Lucky - can't find the holes.
  4. Couple major differences between last year's OL and this year's: last year's seniors on the line were originally Bo's recruits, and this year, there's not one single senior anywhere on the OL depth chart.

Damn, Meatchicken, get your s#!t together!
  6. In other news, CU's athletic department has sent out an email to Colorado fans encouraging them to act less like Colorado fans.

    B1G Week 1

Northwestern QB TJ Green needs foot surgery and is likely out for the season. Hunter Johnson was their starter on Saturday, but Green went in in the third quarter after Johnson struggled. https://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/27518628/nu-qb-green-needs-foot-surgery-end-year
  9. @huKSer does not know how to spell Kool-Aid. He must now report to the nearest Big Red Reeducation Facility!
  10. Five SEC teams lose their opener, three of them to G5 teams.

Yeah but don't forget, it's a real grind and gauntlet in the SEC. Every team is really really good and there are no breaks and you get beat up week in and week out and and and. Pay no attention that it was week 1.

@JJ Husker The only reason they played soft was that they weren't beat up enough. You should know for an SEC team to play well they need to be beaten down a bit. Also, lol at Finebaum saying that was the low point for Tennessee football because it was one game.

Those must be some super tough G5 teams to have beaten teams from the lofty SEC.  :sarcasm

  11. I'm going to be blunt with my assessment: that looked more like a 4-8 team than a top 25 team.
  12. Yeeaahh, I don't think this one has been too interesting, lol. I think about all you can really take away from this game is that USF has zero offense.
  13. @dvdcrr *insert tired old helmets joke here*
  14. @BigPeterJ They're talking about this thread:
  15. Larry the Cable Guy Football Championship Complex and Barbecue Palace!
  16. BHF is alright, but it's kinda dead these days. I started posting here more regularly because it was getting a little too quiet there. There's also r/Huskers on Reddit, and r/CFB, which is probably the best all-teams college football board. The other options would be the Husker forums on the recruiting sites. @Husker_Bohunk Ditto.
  17. Five Thirty Eight: Is Nebraska’s Preseason Ranking Based On Ability Or Just Pedigree? The article doesn't exactly reach any sort of conclusion, but hey.
  18. Yeah, we like our circular avatars just the way they are, right @knapplc?

  20. Gentlemen, it's been an honor s#!tposting with you.
