      Bake potato every time.  Little butter.  Salt n Pepper.  Some shredded sharp cheese is also nice. 

       

      Bake potato is my favo carb source.  I'm not big a fan of the other choices.  Baked potato, small red & yellow potatoes, rice biryani, and linguini.  That's it. :)
