Husker66
http://www2.kusports.com/ people down here in KC don't seem crazy about the idea. seems like they think they should have gotten more. I will pull for him when not playing NU or recruiting against NU. Quote Link to comment
Judoka
Congrats Turner...good luck every week except for when you play the Huskers!! Quote Link to comment
Bradr
Glad to see Gill advancing his career and good for him. But I don't like him coaching a rival school we play every year. Quote Link to comment

knapplc
IF Bo ever decides to leave, and if Turner is successful down there... we're bringing him home when we need him. Quote Link to comment
Enhance
I think it's because most people would have preferred the Stanford HC. Quote Link to comment
Billyball
Yes and start the wave of "see we should've hired Gill" threads if our offense continues to struggle. Actually I think that is another reason KU fd-up. If Bo is not successful and TGill is the coach I think he can/will be given time, at some point he will be N. If Bo can lead us back to the promised land, it doesn't matter. But I sure would have taken that into consideration if I were Perkins. Quote Link to comment
Vince from ShamWOW
Just announced on ESPN during the Montana vs. App State game. Gill is the HC at KU. Here is the link from ESPN. http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=4737280 Quote Link to comment
MCAT800
Well that should make for some mixed emotions come 11/13/2010 Good luck TG, I guess. Love the guy but having a hard time being excited over him coaching in the Big 12 North Quote Link to comment
Bradr
A wee bit off topic, but what offense does Gill run over at Buffalo? I take it he will probably bring some form of that over to Kansas? I think it would kill a part of me if Kansas started running a power option offense. Quote Link to comment
