It was originally announced that he's done for the season and that recovery would take about 6 weeks - it's been about that long. Any chance he'll play? What do the 'sources' know? But it'll be around nine weeks he's been out. If there was any chance he would be playing we'd see him at practice this coming week. So, I'd guess No. Quote Link to comment

He will be lucky if he's 100% by the combine, and I will guarantee you he will not be doing the bench at the combine! 110 % correct on this one..... there is a below 0 % chance that he will play or even be close to playing... and, for what it's worth, even if he was medically cleared to play, it would be the worst possible decision for him to play... a "meaningless" bowl game vs a chance to have a good showing at the combine... and, to agree... TonyStalloni Posted December 27, 2011 Share Posted December 27, 2011 Even if he was completely healed from the tear he hasn't done any lifting since the injury and I'm of the opinion he had a partial tear earlier in the season which was why he was less than effective. I think his pec just tore completely in his last game and he had been trying to play through the injury before that. 1 Quote Link to comment
