knapplc
Nebraska Offense WR (X) - Bell, Kinnie LT - Yoshi, Sirles LG - Choi, ARod C - Caputo, Pensick RG - Long, Thompson RT - Jones, Moore TE - Cotton, Reed, Long WR (Z) - Enunwa, Cooper WR (A) - Marlowe, Turner QB - Martinez, Carnes FB - Legate, Zimmerer IB - Burkhead, TNT Nebraska Defense DE - Martin, Ankrah DT - Moore, Rome DT - Steinkuhler, Guy DE - Camstache, Williams BUCK - Whaley, Fisher MIKE - Compton, Roach WILL - David, May DIME - Thorell, Blatchford LCB - Green, Jean-Baptiste S - Cassidy, PJ Smith S - Stafford, Osborne RCB - Fonzie Island, Evans Special Teams All Kicking - Maher, Bondi KR - Abdullah, Bell, Marlowe PR - Abdullah, Marlowe According to this, EMart has beaten out Ankrah for the starting DE spot, Bell has beaten out Kinnie for the WRX spot, and although ARod is listed on the two-deep, my understanding was that he wouldn't be playing. HANC
Why is AROD listed on depth chart, when he is still in Lincoln.... possibly joining team for activities only? Quote Link to comment
NUance
lol Fonzie Island. Quote Link to comment
IvabigN
why we still have Thorell as the dime option is a sick waste of "back-up" talent- PJ Smith, Osborne or even Evans couldn't play dime? The love for Cassidy should be the only gift to under-performers (at least they corrected the Fisher mistake)- good thing USC isn't a very good passing team 1 Quote Link to comment
knapplc
Nice copypasta. Except he changed out "Fonzie Island" so it wasn't so obvious. Quote Link to comment

We tried moving a Safety to CB at Wyoming and it didn't go well. I think Evans did play some of the Nickel spot during the second half of the year so I would assume he would be the third CB on the field with Thorell being the fourth. Quote Link to comment
The Dude
Starting 12 players on offense and defense gives us a clear strategic advantage over South Carolina. Say what you will, Pelini is a genius. 1 Quote Link to comment

Mavric
Where's Dennard? RCB - Fonzie Island, Evans Trying to be incognito (not Richie). Quote Link to comment
Calvin
Mavric beat me to it. How often has Kenny Bell touched the ball on kick returns? Edited December 29, 2011 by JoshSker Quote Link to comment
ladyhawke
Where's Dennard? RCB - Fonzie Island, Evans Trying to be incognito (not Richie). Got it. I thought that was probably it after the fact. Thanks! Quote Link to comment
Mavric
Mavric beat me to it. How often has Kenny Bell touched the ball on kick returns? He was back there a few times when teams were trying to kick away from AA but the fumble @ Michigan kind of ended that. Quote Link to comment
Enhance
I think the defensive line is going to see a lot rotation, so even though Martin is the "starter" I wouldn't be surprised if Ankrah and him split a lot of time. Martin's numbers are better than Ankrah's this season. A popular knock was that he (Martin) doesn't have the defense down, but he's still find ways to make plays. And it's good to see Whaley getting the start at BUCK. I've been really excited about that kid. Quote Link to comment

Early in the year it was looking pretty bleak at LB post-David. With Whaley and Compton coming on later in the year, I feel quite a bit better. Quote Link to comment
