Is there a reason they switched to a different practice jersey than what the normal jersey is? Is it normal to have the practice jersey different. Maybe they are test driving a new design for next year

They've always had different practice apparel, but it was typically just a basic jersey with numbers front and back and nothing else.

Instagram isnt like Facebook or Twitter. It's a form of social networking that is strictly mobile. It does not allow you to save or copy/paste others' photos. I would have posted one if I was able to.
