ndobney
I just wanted to make this comment to make a short discussion, but I don't think that Ameers foot hit that ball today, and on a further note does anyone else notice that we don't tend to get the calls?? Quote Link to comment

The Dude
I just wanted to make this comment to make a short discussion, but I don't think that Ameers foot hit that ball today, and on a further note does anyone else notice that we don't tend to get the calls?? It obviously didn't hit him. And I bet most fans think their team don't get the calls. Quote Link to comment
Nobody
I was livid at the announcers... then when the refs said it hit him, I was livid at them. Then when the announcers said "Holding this team to 3 points on this drive is a win." REEEEAAAAAALLLLLYYY? Quote Link to comment
nuhuskeralum
Although there have been games we have gotten screwed on bad calls, FSU NC game sticks out, Texas b12 championship sticks out, overall I can remember other teams getting bad calls also that could have kept them out of the game against us. This year we've had a few but not the entire games where we are getting screwed. Quote Link to comment
Goal-line
Play smart and you don't have an argument on officials and the calls they make. Quote Link to comment
TaraTony
You know, this was a wierd one. The ESPN coverage showed the play from 2 angles. The one showed the ball extremely close to his foot, but the other angle, with the shdows of the ball falling and hitting the turf, showed it at least a foot away. The replay Ref in his haste to make a call, I am sure did not look at it as close as your average Husker Fan. Hence, a blown replay call. Quote Link to comment
Ringer02
It either didn't hit him or Abdullah is the greatest actor in the history of the world. Quote Link to comment

Army_Allen
Does anyone have a clip? I was at the game so I couldn't see a replay... But from where i was it looked like it was a good 6 inches to the right of his foot. Quote Link to comment
HUSKER 37
I didn't think it hit him, but the replays weren't conclusive (enough) to overturn the call on the field..At least that's how I tried to splain it to my son as he was freaking out. Quote Link to comment
