grandpasknee
We scored 9 more points than they did. So yes, we deserve this win. We have scored more than 8 other teams and scored less than 2 other teams, so yes, we are 8 - 2. It's all very simple when you understand math. Link to comment
ndobney
honestly the fumble was the wrong call but there was no mistake. You have to have undisputable evidence to overturn a call. You couldn't tell with 100% certianty the exact moment the ball started coming out. It is unfortunate for Penn State case I believe they got screwed, but thats part of the game. I remember watching the Vikes get f'd out of a Super Bowl in the game against the Saints a couple years ago so I guess over time the calls even out Link to comment
ndobney
Lets not forget the 93 NC against FSU either!! Link to comment

The main camera view that we could see in the replays was not shooting straight down the goal line, it was somewhat to the infield side of the goal line,,,,causing a small degree of paralax....in that case, I go with the man and his eyes that are in the right position...but it was hella close either way....and I'd be screaming mad if I were a Penn State fan.... 1 Link to comment
roadrat
Call the Big 10 Monday and say we don't want this win.....Just like the Seahawks turned down the win they got from the replacement officials....Oh wait, they didn't did they.... Link to comment
HuskerThor
This just isn't an 8-2 team to me. We play undisceplined and have gotten lucky the past few weeks. Dumbest post this month. Link to comment
JTrain
Finally found a GIF. Definitely a touchdown. Sucks to have a bad call (either way) on such a monumental swing play. We'll never know if we would've scored down 3 with 6-7 min. left. Link to comment

EXACTLY what I was saying during the game. The view was NOT right down the line, and yet the announcers were trying to make it out as though it was. Perspective in that situation becomes VERY deceiving. I agree, it was close, but without conclusive proof, you don't overturn that call. Link to comment
Hooked on Huskers
Positive area was the stats. Total yards: NU 438, PSU 391 Yes, we deserve this win Link to comment
DrunkOffPunch
The tale of two halves. But with a 14 pt deficit comeback win. I think so. Link to comment

California Husker
As Redtexan said in another thread. Pay back for that sh#t in '82. This is not even close to payback for `82...that aweful call cost us a national championship Link to comment
