Landlord
I think you need to try a different scale. You don't look close to 246. It's right. I remember going to the doctor's office a few weeks back and their scale said 240 something as well. and get matching flip flops... White and grey match Quote Link to comment

beanman
Did you chug a big pitcher of mercury or something? Sure don't look that heavy to me.. Unless you're more like 6'4" or something like that. Quote Link to comment
zoogs
Yeah, 240 is surprising. You don't look out of shape. Must be a lowish body fat %? That or all the extra gets tucked away into hidden higher dimensions Quote Link to comment
beanman
Zoogs I'm fairly certain that sexual harassment is not allowed on Huskerboard. Quote Link to comment

Stumpy1
I have a great cutting diet if you need one. I was able to shed 25lbs in 8 weeks. The key is to get your metabolism up and going and not let it stop till you go to bed. This is easily accomplished by strength training, like Creighton said, and by eating healthy foods every 2-3 hrs while your awake. The diet goes off macros and not calories. Quote Link to comment
ZRod
I can see the 240. I have the same gift. Everyone always thought I was 20lbs lighter than I was but I had more of a gut than you appear too at that weight. Clean that diet up with good whole foods for a start. Quote Link to comment
C N Red
Droppin the weight hasnt ever been too crazy hard for me. Ive dropped 50+ lbs 3 times before. Last time was this time last year. Ive officially been in the maintaining program for a year now and have been doing the best ive ever done before. Its tough though, really still have to watch what i eat/drink and most importantly ive been able to maintain getting exercise on a consistent basis. My problem in the past was i would drop the weight but then go back to old and bad habits. Im determined to keep it off this time and to continue good habits(most of the time anyway) and hopefully be able to maintain til i keel. Quote Link to comment
