They should be protesting, keep doing it, over and over. Let people see that no rights are being take away, let people see that things are just fine. This is a good thing.

 

In a year or so when the people protesting look back on social media and see that they were on the ground crying or yelling hateful things or burning flags but now realize that they still have all their rights and that things are going pretty darn well they will feel like they have either been heard and made a difference or they will feel like it was never as bad as they feared things would be.

Obama's plan to just let them in without being properly vetted was dumb and Clinton's plan to allow over a 100K more in without being vetted was dumb from the start.

I am not for the government getting into the business of telling people who they can and can't marry. I am for less government in just about every issue. That is the issue that I have with far left and right on different topics.

I have said for a long time, the Republican party started going off the rails back when we were in three wars...etc. and Bush all of a sudden decided an anti gay marriage amendment was the most important thing in the world. What an idiotic concept to deal with when people are dying in foreign wars.

The part that frustrates me more than anything is that people in the media are being racist by calling Trump supporters racist for voting for him. It hasn't been 8 years that the republicans had the Senate. Obama had everything democrat for his first two years in office. Which is why they looked really stupid when they wanted to make the Orlando terrorist incident about gun laws and not what it really was. If they cared that much about guns, they had the 60 votes and a Democratic President to do whatever they wanted. So to blame it on the republicans in 2015 was asinine to say the least.

No matter what the vetting process is, you still do not know what these ppls true intentions are. So maybe a true vetting process is just closing the gate. I dont know. that would be the most extreme, and not logical at all. but isnt it possible that while you assume the current process is fine, that it' could still be better for the sake of the safety of our nation?
