This is one of my biggest irks with Timmy. He believes in letting the team play through a bad stretch until it gets to be too much then calls the TO. The signs of a break are always there. Terrible/bad shots, lazy/bad passes, piss poor transitition defense and fatigue. Lots of times these runs come with a bad lineup on the floor.
