DevoHusker
"States and the charger industry blame the delays mostly on the labyrinth of new contracting and performance requirements they have to navigate to receive federal funds. While federal officials have authorized more than $2 billion of the funds to be sent to states, fewer than half of states have even started to take bids from contractors to build the chargers — let alone begin construction." 1 2 Link to comment

Despite what some people here believe, the federal government is very rarely a bastion of efficient spending of our hard earned money. 2 Link to comment

Archy1221
Good response by Andrew and the WH Comms team. Those University Presidents are showing exactly how too many people fail upwards. 2 Link to comment

In this instance, the funds have to be spent on certain charging infrastructure items. The requirements are that the electrical components be built in the United States, that their metals and materials be sourced from the United States, along with other similar provisions where the intention isn't to build chargers at the cheapest possible rates but to build a domestic industry base. 3 Link to comment

I mean the big guy thinks he’s a non truthful Forrest Gump at this point We could start with an easy one. Could be his parents told him he could only do one of the two for financial reasons - this was the case for me in middle school. Or even not bothering to try and offer interpretations, but just refuting the 'proof' that it's a lie which is the delaware history of high school lacrosse... recreational and out-of-school club leagues for sports are a thing. 1 Link to comment

Scarlet
Hmmm..... there's that Deep State weaponized DOJ again going after political opponents like the.... President's son. I mean Rumble bro has finally cracked the case. Here's a take. How about the DOJ and the courts charge, try and convict either Biden if merited? But that take only works if you're not in a cult. Otherwise you'd scream "witch hunt, weaponization, election interference, so unfair". 2 2 Link to comment
