Offense will make plays. Defense will make plays. We'll move the ball sometimes. We'll have good drives defensively. We aren't such a basket case that we aren't able to do any of those things.

 

It's all about mistakes. You left 30 points on the board against Buffalo. You gave Illinois half of their winning score.

 

You can't give Oklahoma squat. Nada.

And I don't trust this team to do that.

Safeties will be tested today and will have to play well. Dismuke and Williams are good players but their speed vs OU receivers concern me.

Turns out, almost everybody did have a good day.

 

Unfortunately the O-Line and the kicker did not, and they might have been the two that needed to be good the most.
