    Taking the kids (10, 7) to the zoo in Omaha on Friday before heading to the game on Saturday.  First time I have been to Henry Doorly zoo in 10+ years.  Anyone got and zoo tips/must see/etc?

      I absolutely love the rain forest (jungle?) and penguins/aquarium. I always skip the desert dome, but do the swamp exhibit beneath it. I really enjoy the gorilla part too. I haven't been since they had the safari expansion a couple years ago.

    So, uh... Amy Williams is doing kinda well these days. WBB is up on Iowa 68-34 midway through the third quarter.  From 8-22 last year to 16-6 so far this year.

      This team is going to have to play really well to overcome a weak SOS. Non-conference was mediocre, and in conference play Nebraska avoids replaying anyone who currently has a winning record (replays against teams currently sitting 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, and 14th in the standings).

      My grandfather was born 2 years before the outbreak of WW2. Their grandfather was born 7 years after the conclusion of the American Revolution. Only 147 years in between those dates.
