I've had a Reuben version poutine with corned beef, sauerkraut and swiss but I haven't yet had the traditional with brown gravy and cheese curds. It's on my near term list. It likely will be the beginning of my demise.

I know Stone Creek was open last week. Pretty sure Pac Springs was as well.

I think all the public courses will be open.

Most public courses try to stay open year-round. They typically cut a few holes in the greens for the winter, so they don't have to worry about cutting new pin placements in the frozen ground.
