    Man, the way Frost deflects blame is concerning. And baffling. He's been completely underwhelming.

      Agreed. He’s more than willing to blame the the players and seemed to throw Chinander and the defensive staff under the bus...HARD...in the post-game. I’m concerned he simply can’t wrap his head around a lot of the struggles this far being his responsibility. But publicly blaming others is poor leadership and damaging to team chemistry.

       

      He needs to grow up quickly, develop as a leader, and start taking responsibility for HIS TEAM. He gets paid $5 million dollars a year and he’s 0-6. He can afford some big boy pants.

      I make pancakes with a little vanilla, coconut, bananas, and pecans. They’re great. I’ve done the same with mised berries, coconut and almonds.  I also sous vide filet, seasoned with sea salt and ground pepper, and then sear it on the stove. It’s about the best steak possible. You just can’t cook a steak that well another way.

    ThunderFreezingRain in Omaha. The streets are going to be a bigger dumpster fire than Bob Diaco’s defense. This has to put a huge STRAIN on Mean Jean and the city crews to keep the streets cleared.

    Well I can now confirm that sugar withdrawal is a real thing.......been really changing my diet lately and I've had two major withdrawals in the past three days. Severe headaches, nausea, weakness, shaking, etc. Pretty scary what sugar can do to you!

      I’ve read it’s more addictive than heroin. Drink lots of water and use Excedrin for the headaches. Sugar is poison for the body.

    What band would you want to be a member of?  Past or Present.  I am a huge KISS fan but Gene and Paul are so anti-booze so they might not be my top choice.  U2 is so lame and political...I think maybe ZZ-Top...those guys just seem fun and normal.

    Suggestions for a place to eat in Lincoln for 20 adults, 4 babies and 2 kids? 

     

    Looking for something nice but not fancy. Right now I'm looking at Lazlos but want more options.

      Green Gateau downtown is nice. Lincoln doesn’t have many great dining options. For good food, I usually recommend driving to Omaha.

    Rumor has it that Jon Gruden is going to coach for the Las Vegas Raiders AND there is even scuttlebutt around saying that the Indianapolis Colts may be tapping Jim Harbaugh to leave Michigan and come coach for them in the NFL?  Anyone else hear this?

    Why not? Lots of other schools claim disputed national championships. UCF shouldn't be any different.

      UCF’s claim this year is only slightly more ridiculous than Michigan’s in 1997. 

       

      The national championship should be settled on the field. Major conference champions should be in the playoff. So should all undefeateds whose schedules aren’t a complete joke. At the end of the day, UCF will have as good of a claim as whoever wins the game.

    Anyone still thinking letting Frost coach UCF in the bowl game was a bad move? That was like a 4-hour recruiting video for Frost and Nebraska.

     

    So proud of the coaches for honoring their commitment to those players. They sacrificed a lot over the last few weeks to secure that win today. So excited those guys are coming home.

    Anyone really familiar with KC?  My wife, kids (age 8) and I are staying at "The Plaza" area over New Years.  Is there anything to do besides shop and swim at the hotel, the weather is supposed to be cold!  Any ideas or suggestions?
