      Yeah, so I'm wondering why it was OK that they reflipped it. Interesting.

       

      Also interesting: they didn't let Rodgers make a new call for the coin with the new flip. The first time, the ref started the coin from H. The second time, he started it from T. Rodgers wanted to switch his call. But then we might've missed that epic ending.

      Frozen Ropes is prob the top organization in Omaha. They have major and AAA teams and win state most years. Another top org. is Pacesetter. You can live anywhere in Omaha and tryout for these teams.

      For high schools, OPS is open enrollment for the most part. Other districts are tighter, and over all much smaller.

    What is a good and semi-pricey bottle of liqueor to bring to a tailgate party in anticipation of a CWS birth? Tequila is a pretty obvious choice, but I'm thinking about a scotch or something a little different. Any suggestions?

      As for Scotch, it's hard to go wrong with Macallan 12 for around $50-60, if you can find it that cheap locally. A good rum or brandy would be another option, but I know less about them.

      @Ebyl, You like Tullamore Dew (Irish whiskey)? I was into it for a while. I prefer Jamesons now though.

      I'm fine with any of the well known, baseline Irish whiskeys, but only to mix. I won't drink base Jameson, Tullamore Dew, Bushmills, etc straight. I usually keep Jameson around, though, above the others.

      North or south lake.

       

      South lake, if you have friends with the in, the condos at Zepher Cove are awesome. Embassy suites has it pretty we'll covered too, or the casino route.

       

      North,the Northatar ski village is awesome. And there's always (cough, laugh) Reno

    Sound likes another hose job by the officiating crew. I could only listen to the radio broadcast, but I did watch a clip of Bell's catch and that penalty was crap. Was the rest of the game officiated as bad as it sounded?
