Thanks for the concern from all - got back from the vet and found only a bite at the end of the tail. Fortunately my dog is a shiba which has a bushy curled tail so the pit bull bit mostly hair. And I saw the owner at the grocery store today. Just ignored her.

My sister has one of those. Smart dog. Freaks me out how it acts aloof like a cat though.

Haha I hear ya. I wasn't a big fan of Pete when he became our coach, primarily because I dislike USC, but I love what him and Schneider did for the franchise. His personality seems like he'd be fun to play for, his gum chomping would get annoying though.
