    In 2006 I worked for a minor league baseball team. Pioneer league which is rookie ball. All the guys that worked there picked a player they thought would pan out. I picked Gerardo Parra. I should be a baseball scout I'm pretty sure.

    My something arrived today. It's ok, not something I'd buy for myself but it could be much worse. It's a silk neck tie made by a company called Belisi. I looked at their website and their other ties were over $50. They did not have this specific tie on there though so I'm guessing it's a style they no longer make. I don't often wear ties, but at least I have one if I need it.

    I placed my order the same day as you did Knapp (Because of this thread). It shipped today so we'll see if I get the same thing as you. I should add that I hope that other's orders ship today, because I hate when I do something and then others follow suit and they get theirs before I get mine. I don't want to be that guy.

    I decided to replace Ross Els with BYU's Kelly Poppinga. I always like the way their linebackers play. I couldn't decide on another one so I picked D Coordinator even though you said it was pointless. I disagree, if JP was replaced by say a young Marcel Marceau the play relay from Bo to the defense would be much more fun to watch.

      I know the Smith family pretty well. Always hang out with PJ's dad and mom and sit close to them at games. I have NO IDEA why they call him PJ. I have a good pic I took with his pops at the game in Indy being the last time I was going to see the family. And yes, he can cook!

    That fricken thug Hansen. Hope the League takes him to the woodshed on this. See, this brings up an interesting point... There are guys out there, like Hansen, that are known for crappy things like this. Do you think anything should have happened to Cooke from the Pens, for what happened to Karlsson? I thought Cooke's was accidental. Part me thinking that is probably because I've never seen that actually happen. Hansen's was a straight up cheap shot. He looked him down and then attacked. As the Senators are the only team in a professional league I would go so far as to say I'm a fan of, it kills me what happened to Karlsson. I have to agree on it being accidental, could you purposely do that? By most accounts (not including people in Ottawa) Cooke isn't the borderline player he used to be. Losing Spezza then Karlsson is making this season look like a wash.
