      What evidence do you have that they shouldn't stay as a toss up? 2011 and 2013 Northwestern teams were similarly bad while NU was a lot better, and we still didn't fare very well.

    I am trying to think of the final four last year. Bama and MSU use TE's and FB's (maybe not a lot for the FB but some) then was it OU that played Clemson? Clemson doesn't seem to use either all that much, doesn't OU use TE's a lot?

      Thank you, Commando! Finally...someone picked up on it! Hindsight is always 20/20 Both staffs did what they thought was right with the guy and both with very mixed results.

      20 carries would be a lot for a fullback. The point you're trying to make sucks. He was established as the best fullback in the nation under Riley. That's the opposite of missing on the guy.

       

      Eric Martin was also extremely underutilized.

    That is funny that you mention what did you about D. Young. I think he is going to be the quietest 4 year starter ever. I think he is just a "do your job" kind of guy but nothing flashy. I think he will just be a consistent player.
