    I was talking to a certain Omaha Metro coach this weekend and he stated he hoped Nebraska could begin getting old. I didn't understand his statement and asked him to clarify. He pointed out in today's NIL, he thinks successful programs will target 3 star and project lineman (both sides of scrimmage) to avoid transferring and lower the NIL required costs. Thoughts? Never heard "getting old" on the lines before.

    Wisky already has two 4* OL for 2021 in Top 150.  Solid.

      It helps when you always get good in state OL...last two years 3/4 are 4*. Kids are massive and all from WI

      I think he does a great job of keeping the LBs/Secondary honest all the way up to the line of scrimmage if he's gonna run or throw. Also sets up screens nicely.

    In my opinion, this year's team has more talent at the skill positions on offense than the '01 team that played for a title. Is the offensive line as good as that team's? No, probably not.

    Just a random thought I had this morning.

      The Oklahoma win was great, but outside of them we got dismantled by the only two other good teams we played. Such an easy schedule. ND only won 5 games and was supposed to be a tough opponent that year. Our defense was also T10 in the nation.

    Train going from Omaha to Lincoln (and back) on game days, how popular would that be?  Have a food cart, bar, Husker videos and tunes going.  Starts leaving omaha 5 hours before the game...

    Heading to Vegas this evening.  Not sure I can buy the Huskers at 20-1.  Seems way overpriced.  But will probably jump on AMagic if he is > 20-1

      Look for smaller books to take bets on certain games or winning the West. Better value there

      6'0 200 with a 4.53 40. Those guys are a dime a dozen tbh. Not saying he wasn't worthy of being drafted but that's how it was looked at. I thought he would have went in the 6th round

      Of course avoiding PMI is ideal but to do this for your first home shouldn't sway your decision. Most times when ppl are able to put down 20% it is a gift from a parent on their first house. Avoid an FHA loan at all costs though.
