sd'sker
I didn't mind him for the lone fact he updated his blog the most out of all the posters and had some pretty good information. I would have never known Shipley and McCoy roomed together if it wasn't for him. i guess that's the in-depth reporting we would expect from him; banal and pointless. it was mentioned every time mccoy passed to shipley. i did enjoy his weekly rankings and when his "what we learned", but i imagine whoever replaces him will do those posts just as well. M I K E
He lost me when he tried to justify Colt McCoy for Heisman. I was willing to put up with his poorly researched articles up to that point, but his Heisman vote made literally no sense. It will be nice to get a new voice on ESPN, hopefully one a little better Quote Link to comment

GM_Tood
Maybe Romo's trophy chick and 'frequent contributor' to the Midwest Sports Fans blog can take over for Ti...Tim...Timm-ah. http://www.midwestsportsfans.com/featured-authors/candice-crawford/ Quote Link to comment
GSG
I heard Griffin will be replaced by Bevo. Wait, how is that different than before? This thread is turning into Rumorville Jr. Quote Link to comment
carlfense
I'd vote for Sam McKewon. I'd hate for the Nebraska State Paper to lose him . . . but I like his writing. Quote Link to comment

The Maudfather
Oh happy day! I know one guy who will be pleased by this...his name rhymes with shmarlfence 1 Quote Link to comment
whateveritis1224
Just who are they going to get to cover the Big XII though? Exactly where is the guy going to come from? Which paper did they grab from? I really wouldn't be surprised if the new guy ended up being from the Dallas/Fort Worth area seeing as there's ESPN Dallas. But I guess we'll just wait and see.
