Yeah, that Backwoods Bastard was as good as advertised, probably my favorite of all of them. The Resolute was really good too. My memory of last night gets a bit fuzzy but we tried at least half of these. And walked home afterward. Quote Link to comment

sd'sker
boulevard's nutcracker ale is pretty solid. clocking in at 7.20% abv, it is surprisingly smooth. not my favorite christmas time ale, but it is a good standby. also, you guys in neb. have it pretty good with zipline's oatmeal porter. that is also a solid go to beer. deedsker
Oatmeal porter is their only good beer, imho. Titan ipa from Great Divide Brewing Company is pretty darn good. Bought a six pack the other night. Still not as good as their Hercules ipa, though. That stuff is amazing. Quote Link to comment
In the Deed the Glory
Wow, can't believe I just stumbled on this thread! I am a beer nut, enjoying the Brau Brothers Bancreagie Peated Scotch ale right now. It is really nice. Anybody in here on Untappd? Quote Link to comment

GM_Tood
Picked up some North Coast Puck. Not too shabby.COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION: First brewed to celebrate our 25th anniversary, the beer now known as PUCK, a petite saison of just over 4% ABV, won a place in our hearts and in our year-round portfolio of beers. Brewed with premium Pils and wheat malts and fermented with the same yeast strain used to make our renowned Saison, Le Merle, Puck is sharp and spritzy with a delicious flowery, spicy dry-hop aroma—the perfect accompaniment to any celebration, big or small.
