melscott62
this game is the very definition of a trap game. we are playing a team we should roll the week before the biggest game of the year(and 2 weeks before the second) for us it is a tune up and for them its only the biggest game in their programs history(or at least it seems that way from articles I have read) IF I had a complaint about Bo its that he does a poor job getting his team ready for games like this. this is like South Dakota State but instead of being at home its out in the middle of nowhere... at night. I feel we will win, but it will be very close and very ugly. i Quote Link to comment

notgoodatmath
Wyoming + Football = Not Good. 48-13 Quote Link to comment
It'sNotAFakeID
Yeah, NOT SO FAST, MY FRIEND. Wyoming football is not known for being tough against the big boys like Fresno State. We will win, and we will win big. Heck, they might not score. Quote Link to comment
melscott62
is south dakota state know for being tough on bigger teams(honest question...... I dont know a thing about them other than the game last year) Quote Link to comment
It'sNotAFakeID
No, but come on...it IS Wyoming...they don't have the talent. They won't get close to sniffing the lead...NU wins this going away by at least 32 Quote Link to comment
RedDenver
Only concerning part is that it's on the road at the highest altitude stadium in the country (7220 ft, I believe). We need to get up early and not let them have any hope entering the 4th quarter. Quote Link to comment
Hercules
We're better on the road than at home. This gives Bo a chance to instill his road mentality, so I think they'll be focused even if it's just because it's a new routine. Quote Link to comment
PaulCrewe
The altitude card is played way too much and is a bit of a crock. And it's not like NU has never played in altitude before. This trip will be a more polite Boulder trip. Â As for the game itself. It may be good for a half, Wyoming took Texas into the third quarter the year Texas lost to Bama in the title game. However, NU's size and speed will take it's toll. Expect to see more OL rotation like we saw yesterday. It was refreshing to see fresh lineman enter the game and continue the steam rolling. Shirles and Marcel Jones looked VERY good yesterday, where have they been Barney? Quote Link to comment

This trip will be a more polite Boulder trip. I live near Boulder and can tell you altitude matters greatly for aerobic exercise. Come on out here and go jogging or run up and down the stairs a couple times and you'll feel the burn. And Laramie is almost 2000 ft higher than Boulder. Â I'm not saying that will cost us the game, but it can be a factor in a tight game with players wearing down. Quote Link to comment
The Dude
This is the game we need to let Maher kick a 60+ yarder. Quote Link to comment
n.e.husker
Cant wait to see red invade the stands like we did for the washington game last year. Quote Link to comment
bbhusker
We make way too many mistakes on both sides of the ball to overlook anybody. Period. Quote Link to comment
Enhance
What's the altitude difference between Boulder, CO, and the stadium in Wyoming? Quote Link to comment
