adc7236
Holy crap.....Brion is not in the game! Bo, you suck as a coach!!! Quote Link to comment
QMany
If he gets hurt on either of those hits, its on the coaches. Quote Link to comment
champaignhusker
Still no Carnes? Hey Bo.....F U Quote Link to comment
HuskerCarter
Seeing how this is our first year in the conference going up these coaching staff and with new coaches on our side. Being out coached doesn't seem like a far fetched idea. Quote Link to comment
walksalone
lets leave T-mart in so he can get destroyed.... Â Lets do more things that are detrimental.... Quote Link to comment
The Maudfather
Starting offense still on the field. This is hilarious. You're going to get somebody hurt, Pelini. I don't know if it's your shameful pride or your lack of judgement, but we need our number 2 guys in now. Quote Link to comment
redout22
What a catch by Q Quote Link to comment
HuskerInLostWages
I have to question Bo's thinking. Taylor just took 2 hard shots there and there's not chance in hell that we can win this game. If Taylor gets hurt, Bo should be FIRED immediately. Quote Link to comment
RyanPMD
Taylor better LIVE in the film room between next Saturday and the bowl game, and then every day during the off-season. Despite his ugly motion, he doesn't have a terrible arm. His whole problem is mentally he has no idea what is going on, and he is unable to make a decision. Time for a lot of guys on both sides of the ball to grow up, Crick, Lavonte, Dennard won't be around next year for the defense and Taylor needs to progress to a real Div I QB, not just a track star. As an aside though, what a player #4 is. I look forward to watching him for years in the League, whether be as an outside backer or a safety. Â Ad they score again, I kind of hope they get 50 on us. I'm sick of seeing this sh#t, maybe getting lit up 52-17 would jostle some things. Â He's played great for the past month and a half. The offensive line didn't give him time...the WRs didn't help him out. Â By "played great" you mean he made the throws he should have made. I agree he has looked better the last few weeks, but that's not going to be good enough. Yes, the line has had problems, but some of that comes from him not being able to make the right reads at the line, getting them out of bad calls and into good ones. More than that, I want to see him look more confident with his decisions, both in the passing game and in the option. He's had enough starts that he should not look confused nearly as often as he does. I will agree with you that the line needs to improve, and the WR's REALLY need to have a come to Jesus moment. If you can correct the drops and penalties, this team is a juggernaut in waiting (one of my friends, a non-Nebraska fan, commented a couple weeks ago that this is a top 5, BCS title type talent team if they can find a brain, and I can't disagree with him). However, if they don't grow up and fix their execution problems, you'll be looking at 8-4, 9-3 again next year. That's not bad, in the scheme of things, but it's not Nebraska football. Treand3
I am starting to dislike when commentators says "They're playing a good game against a good defense." and sound surprised. Listen this defense doesn't have the discipline, intensity or the athleticism (overall) to be considered a good defense. Quote Link to comment
California Husker
It's almost like Bo wants him to get hurt...that way when he puts Brion in it won't be because the fans and sportswriters were calling for it, it will be because he has to. Quote Link to comment
QMany
Wow. A WR stepped up and made a great grab to help Martinez! Quote Link to comment
BigWillie
Nice effort by Taylor and all on that run, but him taking those type of hits in this game right now is COMPLETELY unnecessary. And I'm blaming the coaches for that, completely. 1 Quote Link to comment
jsneb83
Enunwa is by far the best pass catcher we have. Quote Link to comment
The Maudfather
28 point game, and our offensive line cannot block - lets keep our starting QB and RB in just incase of a miracle comeback. Great thinking by Bo. It's truly puzzling. Quote Link to comment
