cornhuskers4ever
I guess Wisconsin isn't just happy with the score, they want to injure our players including Martinez. Quote Link to comment
GBR #1
Hands down the worst championship game of the weekend. Saturday Night Live is on in 12 minutes... Quote Link to comment
TheManWithAPlan
He is a horrible quarterback. Quote Link to comment
Maxconvert
Yes this is the worst Husker loss in several lifetimes and possibly EVER. But at least Texas is losing. So that makes everything better, right? Quote Link to comment
FriendlyLurker2007
can we put vincent valentine in at QB now? Quote Link to comment
husker07
Lo Country/Duke--I thought we already had a recruiting coordinator, and a service helping us to boot? Â As for the staff, I can get behind what you said, with some minor exceptions (like our secondary coach and S&C coach). Good call on Terry Joseph and James Dobson, especially Dobson. Everything I have heard and read about him is that for his age he is highly respected in his field. Some have compared him to a young up and coming Boyd Eppley. If there are staff changes at the end of the season he is one that we must keep. As someone who is working towards a job as a S&C coach, I think we need to look at making changes in that area. Look at how many of our guys have developed so little physically in their time here: Randle, Meredith, Steinkuhler, most of the O-line and D-line in general. It's painfully evident tonight that we are physically weak in several areas. I know Dobson has the rep, and I really like the way he conducts himself, but I'm not seeing results on the field. VectorVictor
Anybody miss the Big 8 yet? Â Big 8? Yes. Big XII? No. Â I do miss having competent officials--the B1G officiating has sucked something fierce this year, and it has been a constant. Â Again, though, this loss is on the kids and staff, not on the zebras. Just saying the zebras were *really* bad tonight. Quote Link to comment
WashingtonRed
There's out QB. Throwing balls to wide open receiver in the ground. Quote Link to comment
zoogs
Wide open guy, can't miss that badly. Â Let's see some backups. Quote Link to comment
The Duke
Most underutilized player all year...Braylon Heard. Quote Link to comment
mquerry
I didn't even think about this being Wisky's 3rd string QB. How pathetic. Quote Link to comment
lo country
I called Heard for sweeps several days ago. The most "complete" back of the bunch. Great job Beck getting him in garbage time. Pack your crap. You sir would be first on the list t go. Quote Link to comment
NU jumper alum
nice run by Heard. That guy gets big yards every time he touches the ball. Quote Link to comment
Huskerfan55
They have beaten us soundly but they are a very low class team and coach 1 Quote Link to comment
