BigRedBuster
Why not just practice at the indoor facility that is built for them? Quote Link to comment
knapplc
There's no wind indoors. Wind effects on the ball make the sand game vastly different than court ball, and you have to get used to that. Think about the fact that no California team is practicing on an indoor court right now. We have to get out there ASAP to keep pace. 1 Quote Link to comment

Blackshirt316
How many sand volleyball programs are there? The fact that Nebraska litterally started the program 3 months ago and is a preseason top 10 team nationally already just strikes me as extremely strange and makes me feel really bad for Stanford that we can do that to them. Mavric
Season is underway: Kelesy Robinson and Alexa Strange are the first team to win a Nebraska sand volleyball match in the history of the new Husker sport. The Huskers played their first two duals of the season Thursday in Chula Vista, Calif. A pair of higher-ranked teams took down Nebraska. In the first dual, No. 4 Florida State beat Nebraska 4-1. In the second match, top-ranked Pepperdine swept the Huskers 5-0. Against Florida State, the Huskers’ No. 1 team of Robinson and Strange rallied to beat Fatma Yildirim and Aurora Davis 19-21, 21-19, 15-7. Congrats Kelesy & Alexa.
