ADS
I'm thinking he goes to MSU. You and just about everyone else on the 247 prediction page. I think we are pushing harder for Corey Avery and Kallen Ballage. Quote Link to comment
Amac3309
Official to MSU @joerexrode: Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) St. Thomas Aquinas running back Madre London commits to MSU on Fox Sports Florida. Over Wisconsin, Nebraska, Illinois Quote Link to comment
Thanks_Tom RR
Bummer. Now, we really need to lock up Kalen Ballage. Also, kind of a let down for London who planned on making his announcement on the radio station, 560 WQAM, tonight, but it sounds like the station that knew about his decision jumped the gun and made his decision public before he had a chance to. Poor journalism. Quote Link to comment
Mavric
I think we are pushing harder for Corey Avery and Kallen Ballage. Would really like this. Third-leading rusher in Colorado this year with 1,836 yards (10.0 ypc) and 23 TDs. Quote Link to comment
B.B. Hemingway
Catching up with S&B podcasts..... So we lost this guy because of the coaching uncertainty? Thanks Eichorst!! Quote Link to comment
Warrior10
Catching up with S&B podcasts..... So we lost this guy because of the coaching uncertainty? Thanks Eichorst!! Eh, not sure we really fought for him. He is good, but I like Avery and Ballage way more. Quote Link to comment
dylan
Catching up with S&B podcasts..... So we lost this guy because of the coaching uncertainty? Thanks Eichorst!! Nonsense, perlman says we have a process and that there's plenty of time for recruiting once a decision is made. There's no way that letting the media speculate rampantly with no support from the administration could negatively affect recruiting. 1 Quote Link to comment
Danimal
Perlman's overpaid AD needs to get over his wallflower ways quick. Catching up with S&B podcasts..... So we lost this guy because of the coaching uncertainty? Thanks Eichorst!! . This stressful, distracting, recruiting damaging situation would've been squashed by anyone with sense and the least bit of proactiveness. There is a reason Miami didn't care about losing him. If he'd planned on ditching Bo he played it alright, but seeing as Bo is still here he played it piss-poorly Quote Link to comment
swmohusker
I agree with eichorst policy. Maybe in this situation he could have broke it early to squash rumors. The main target of the blame would be the media. They circulated the rumors and speculation like a bunch of middle schoolers. Everyday 3 papers would run articles of bo being fire, and that would be after a win. The media needs to be held a little accountable in creating uncertainty. Quote Link to comment

theknife
I disagree that Eichorst played it wrong. The media firestorm really took off after the MSU loss. We didn't know if we'd win out or lose out at that point, so from his perspective I agree on waiting to see how the rest of the year went. 1 Quote Link to comment

The media deserves blame for their constant attacks and speculation, but it's eichorst that let it fester by stubbornly sticking to his "process". Waiting a few days after tape gate had a similar effect. The guy is getting paid way too much to sit back while the media circle like piranhas. Quote Link to comment
Mavric
Looked good with the ball in his hands at the Semper Fi game. Ran with good power and balance and is a load when he lowers his shoulder. Was disinterested at best when he had to pass block but other than that looked good. I wasn't terribly disappointed when he chose MSU because I thought we had some other options. Not so sure about the other options at this point. Quote Link to comment
