Often times I look at decommits as a service to our coaching staff in exposing a kids true character. Now there are many exceptions. But I think more times than not a kid who recommits ends up being a non contributor. Quote Link to comment
Always a husker Posted July 20, 2014 Share Posted July 20, 2014 I also think parents play a huge disservice. Especially for a school like Nebraska trying to pull kids out of the south. Just look at the DE who flopped from us on signing day last year. He had his mind set on Nebraska but his parents wouldn't let him. When we do get parents on campus though there is usually a high percentage for commitment. Quote Link to comment
