Mavric
Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl West team Top Five Offense 5. JD Spielman: The Nebraska pledge also played the H and made some eye-opening plays. He was the most exciting player to watch today as every time the ball comes his way something big can happen. 247 Quote Link to comment
swmohusker
THE report from day 2 practice. This guy will be a goos one. Think he plays early. The slipper slot man makes this list once again. The Nebraska commit is just lightning with the ball in his hands and is very hard to cover for opposing defenders. Just a very good football player headed to Lincoln who made plays all day. Link Edited January 1, 2016 by Mavric Added link 2 Quote Link to comment
Mavric
Alpha Dog Today's honors go to JD Spielman. The speedster was virtually uncoverable in 1-on-1 drills and really showed great versatility in being able to run routes and catch the ball, while also run it in the option game. Coming from a football family, it's clear the Nebraska commit understands the game and used his high football IQ to be able to create mismatches throughout the day. 247 Quote Link to comment

Mavric
Now an 89 rating from 247. Up from 82 (low-end three-star) to the highest three-star. Quite a bump. Quote Link to comment
Husker-Joe
IMO, this young man is going to be a star. Quote Link to comment
Atbone95
Here's how this plays out: Mike Riley brings Nebraska back into the national spotlight in 3 years with All-American Spielman leading the way to a playoff run. Meanwhile, Scott Frost is doing well down at UCF in preparation for his transfer. Following his successful (yet no NC ) season, Minnesota GM Spielman comes calling and whisks Riley away to the NFL, clearing the way for Scott Frost. I've seen the future. 1 Quote Link to comment
