teachercd
Do any of you guys by the polos? I don't think I ever have,I have also never bought a long sleeve button down Nebraska shirt Quote Link to comment
Red Five
I have a 2012 version red adidas coaches polo. Bought it the summer of 2013 when it was 1/2 price online somewhere. I have a hard time spending $60 on a polo. Good quality. Its the adidas version of nike dri-fit. I wear it golfing a lot. Quote Link to comment
NUance
just a complete fail. in no way do these polos capture the spirit or tradition of the big red. ban adidas. But they have such bold flavors! Quote Link to comment
Apathy
just a complete fail. in no way do these polos capture the spirit or tradition of the big red. ban adidas. Very plain and boring. Not worth $60 in my opinion Are the logos stitched or are they iron on looking patches They are stitched Do any of you guys by the polos? I don't think I ever have,I have also never bought a long sleeve button down Nebraska shirt I usually buy the coaches polo's every year but that stopped after last season. I didn't really care for them but by the end of the season they grew on me. Quote Link to comment
Moiraine
Coaches' polos and jerseys are really dorky on people who aren't coaches or players, imho. Quote Link to comment
Landlord
Coaches' polos and jerseys are really dorky on people who aren't coaches or players, imho. At least the coaches' polos are such a vanilla design that you can wear one and 90% of people will just think it's a regular overpriced Nebraska polo Quote Link to comment
Saunders
Show me a coaches polo that isn't boring. Still, I like these vs some of the others. Quote Link to comment
HuskerNBigD
Not a fan of the Adidas' polos, Peter Millar has a lot better quality Nebraska gear (if you're willing to stomach the prices). Quote Link to comment
icedavis
I buy them now and then but wait till they hit ebay at under half price for a new one. I like them and I like them that much more for that price. I too wear them golfing all the time. Quote Link to comment
QMany
If it wasn't for Nebraska branding, I would never purchase an Adidas polo. I have 2 of the last 3 coaches polos. I wear them to the office occasionally, but mostly for golf. 1 Quote Link to comment
Eric the Red
Just a quick FYI - Generally the prices of these items are not any higher or lower than any other website or store. A percentage of all sales derived from Huskernation.com comes back to Huskerboard.com to help keep us chugging along. Quote Link to comment
Paul in WI
What makes one polo boring and another not boring? Outside of build quality, there's only so much that you can do with a polo. Let's be real: It is just a frigging casual short sleeve pullover with a bloody collar, a logo, and maybe a name. It hardly smacks of fashion. Furthermore, does anyone besides me think that it is absolutely insane to drop 100 bucks on one like some vendors are asking? Quote Link to comment
