RedRedJarvisRedwine
IF Fyfe lights it up against Purdont, it will likely be enough to overcome Riley's inevitable coaching blunders and give the Huskers a victory. You just can't help yourself can you? Quote Link to comment

Redux
Part of me is more excited to see the carnage that is the game day thread. Going to remember this thread as a reference point for the complete 180 some of you take by halftime. Quote Link to comment
Danimal
Armstrong would be all conference in a better system with better coaches. Dude is a baller. If Ryfe lights it up, that's great... against Purdue. Purdue. Purdue. Quote Link to comment
funhusker
What if a meteor the size of the moon hits the Atlantic Ocean tomorrow?then I guess the sellout streak will come to an end Actually, there would be no more games to risk "not selling out". Therefore, the streak will last forever. Quote Link to comment
stargazer
Remember the Ryker Fyfe who stepped in during the Michigan State game, while we were getting crushed, led the team to a score, sparking the dramatic come back and near win? Yeah, few do. Quote Link to comment

Hayseed
Gerry Gdowski is my favorite Husker QB of all time and if Ryker lights it up the way Gdowski did then I'd expect him to get a chance in bigger games and maybe take the #1 spot. Then again, nothing has happened so far that makes me think anything will happen the way I think it will. This kind of offense needs a QB who is a precision passer....not sure we have one of those. Count 'Bility
If Ryker steps up in the pocket and hits a nice checkdown a couple times, or runs for 5-10 yards, it'll be an upgrade. That is all. Folks. It's time to embrace the probability that we've seen Tommy Armstrong take his last snaps as a qb at Nebraska. 1 Quote Link to comment
