HuskermanMike
Kenya Hunter's East Coast ties are big for us to get Jordy. If he commits he will be getting playing time from day one most likely. Quote Link to comment

He better get playing time from day one. We only have like 6 players left on the team. Plus being a foot taller than everyone else doesn't hurt either. 1 Quote Link to comment

BIG ERN
Big body lefty. Not real athletic, but will help sooooo much with rebounding the basketball and defending post players. 1 Quote Link to comment

Comish
Would anyone argue that that.......in the event Nebraska only gathers ONE ( any sport) commit this weekend, that Tshimanga is far more important overall than D.E. Thomas in football ?? Quote Link to comment

Mavric
Visit went well. No other visits planned for now though he didn't rule them out. No timetable for a decision. Minnesota the only other school mentioned. Quote Link to comment

If "Mentioned" is in any way indicative of other competitors for his services, you'd have to think the venue, the fans, the instant opportunity for playing time, and the temperature of Petini-lite's current seat would all weigh in the Husker's favor......... teachercd
Big men like this will often wait a bit...they know that they have time because they are big men. The "real" bigs will start making their choices and these guys get lots of late offers from Zona, GT, UF, Indiana and places like that...teams that will take them "just in case" Him leaving without a verbal is not the end of the world but it is not a great sign either.
