lo country Posted April 1, 2016 Share Posted April 1, 2016 What part of the training regimen is missing that makes the players so susceptible to groin pulls? Epply has been asked to step in and help figure that out. Does anyone here know why this is a common theme in camp? I would guess over use is the cause. Not really something missing, but possibly doing too much of one thing. IIRC, Riley and Co were going back to examine the issues. Riley said it plagued him at OSU. I would ASSume it might be the way he did practices in the past. I commend him for trying to fix it. Quote Link to comment
