BoNeyard
I'm wondering if Newby and Ozigbo will lose there spots since they can't do much when it counts? Does this fall on them? Does this fall on the Offensive line unable to win in the trenches? Does this fall on lack of run play calling? Quote Link to comment
HuskerInLA23
Great score, I just can never understand why we are on the 2 yard line twice and running a ton of plays inside the 5 yet we never run the ball. We had a time out, we've had success up the middle. Just run the ball, man. Stop risking it. Quote Link to comment
brofull
Nebraska type tackling for Colorado and now they are down 24-21.But Bama is down to Ole Miss! 1 Quote Link to comment
huskerfan92
I'm wondering if Newby and Ozigbo will lose there spots since they can't do much when it counts? Ozigbo hasn't really been given the chance this game with only 3 carries. Newby has been out there most of the time, and he had that one nice run. Quote Link to comment
It'sNotAFakeID
But the other RBS have been doing pretty good as well. It's not like Joe Bausermann is coming in as the #2 RB Quote Link to comment
Beez
Honestly, I really don't think Oregon is that great They lost their #1 rb in Freeman. That guy was eating us alive before his injury. ah that is true. Forgot about that! Eh, their backups are fine. Doesn't take a dominate RB to succeed in that offense. Quote Link to comment
BoNeyard
I will be elated if we can come out in the second half and score a TD to take the lead. So far this year Nebraska has shown to be a second half team, but Oregon has been a second half team for the past decade. These guys can turn the burners on quick in the second half. 1 Quote Link to comment
Hayseed
Tommy doesn't have the greatest vision or passing accuracy, but the guy is a warrior. Some of the other guys on offense need to step up and "make a play". Quote Link to comment
AFhusker
Good confidence booster for Tommy heading into the third. We got this. We're a second half team. Good point. Keep it close (hopefully with the lead) going into the 4th and wear them out and take the game over. Quote Link to comment

As long as Langsdorf doesn't Langsdorf us out of the game with his playcalling. #RunTheBall Quote Link to comment
BoNeyard
For the second half I would LOVE to see Tommy Armstrong make plays with his legs. Guy needs to roll out and run the football. oregon is bringing pressure and forcing him to pass, we need to utilitze his speed and legs to make plays. 1 Quote Link to comment
Redux
Lets see a big 2nd half Huskers!! Quote Link to comment
mwj98
we look much more disciplined. We wont make every play. But if you look around the league. Lots of teams struggling. Quote Link to comment

Does this fall on the Offensive line unable to win in the trenches? Does this fall on lack of run play calling? Both....they don't look great against a team that supposedly lesser teams ran all over and they really stunk against Wyoming. They don't seem to dominate blocking at any time and the runners don't seem to be able to break too many tackles. Quote Link to comment
