So, he was a drag queen too?  He really needed to go work for Gym Jordan....he never would have been caught then.

I believe that other inmates he meets will refer to those charges as "bad charges"

Things won't go well for him.

This is very interesting. Today Ken Buck made a surprise announcement that he is leaving the House next week.

From Filipkowski's blog:

Republican Rep. Ken Buck from Colorado, who had previously announced he was leaving Congress at the end of the year, made a surprise announcement this afternoon that he is now leaving next week.

Buck represents Colorado's 4th district, where Lauren Boebert has recently moved to run for his vacated seat. This may move up her time frame though from the current Republican primary scheduled for June 25.

This move by Buck also reduces the House majority at a critical time by yet another seat, following the departures of Kevin McCarthy and the expulsion of George Santos, who was replaced by a Democrat in the NY special election.

It appears based on my reading of the Colorado Special Election statute that no Special Election may be held within 90 days of the general election in November, or within 60 days of a primary which is June 25. Therefore, it seems possible that a Special Election could be held next month to fill this seat.

It also appears, since Lauren Boebert is switching districts, that she would have to resign her current House seat in order to be eligible for the Special election. It is also too late to qualify for the ballot in her current district. So, Boebert appears to be in a bit of a bind where she likely will have to resign her current seat in CO-3 to run in the Special Election unless she wants to run against the winner of the Special Election in November, which is not ideal.

Good.  I guess he can stand trial now instead of getting a free pass

This badly misstates what he actually found.

Hur is a GOP hack who predictably did GOP hack things in a way to maximize benefit to his party and try his best to damage the opposition.

Even a GOP hack working within those parameters knows there was not enough to charge him.

Sounds like you are Pro-take SCIF documents/Classified documents when you shouldn’t and move them from one facility to another while also keeping them unlocked on the floor of your garage:thumbs.   Interesting, but good to know where you stand.

Are we talking about obstruction of Justice or willfully and knowingly keeping classified documents?   Are we talking about Trump or Biden?   Is Hur a Republican Hack talking about Trump that way like the Bateman person raged on about or Hur talking bad about the way Trump mishandled classified docs and potentially obstructed Justice?

Don’t we all here believe, including the Special Counsel Hur apparently, that Trump obstructed the investigation into the documents.  How that pertains to Biden willfully and knowingly keeping classified documents is beyond me but here we are.
