I'd guess December 4th.  No later than December 6th.

With UCF playing at 11:00 on Dec 2, and the bowl announcements coming out on December 3, I would guess that paperwork will be signed on December 4 and announcement on December 5.  This is all assuming Moos offers and Frost accepts.  If I were in Scott's shoes, I would want to take a day at least (Monday) to notify the UCF administration and figure out how to tell the team.

If you look close enough and see the strain, you'll see Frost has already been named head coach of Nebraska.

We should go down this path.  I've seen so many posts how easy it is to coach at the top levels of CFB, we should just hook into Huskerboard and let the posters call the plays.  Natties til infinity.
