We haven't really talked to him about what position he'd play for us.  He said he really doesn't care.

Mom is from O'Neil.  Dad played basketball at Chadron State.  Still has family in Nebraska.

Had a hard time finding a highlight film, but He plays like his hair is on fire. I would be happy if he commits on his visit!

He has two highlight films on Hudl. Under his “Videos” tab, they are his first two videos.

This kid will blow up in ratings after this year. Be good to get him early and hang on with the connections. Had a ridiculous 30TFL/13 sacks his JR year

Has some sort of family connection to the program and that’s how we got him on campus so early.

Reminiscent of another young man with Nebraska roots who grew up out of state and came home to play for the Huskers.  Adam Carriker was born in Hastings but moved to Washington in grade school.  I hope history repeats itself!

Good one day visit. Met with Duval and Dewitt mostly. Lots of coaches gone (remember they got time off). Likes where things are heading, didn’t talk to him about position, mostly about what they are building and the culture shift.

back for Spring game. Our first unofficial confirmed visitor for it!

Has he given a timeline for when he wants to commit? Would be nice if he would commit at the spring game.

Nothing like that yet.

Arizona and ASU have had major trouble securing their in-state recruits these last couple years. They’ve missed out on their top recruits, but also missed some under the radar guys who end up playing well for other teams.

To be fair, this guy has family from and still living in Nebraska.

Yeah this is not unlike the Henrich situation for Nebraska. I think Sumlin is going to do fine recruiting at Arizona.

Herm Edwards, who knows

If he does commit, I think we will see a little momentum that will carry into June. Maybe three more commits within the next month.

Got a Penn State offer Saturday.

Said he gets a "genuine" feeling from Frost and Dawson and Nebraska is high on his list.

Has a visit set up to Colorado.  No list of leaders but says Oregon, Cal, Arizona State and Texas A&M have been recruiting him hard.

Says he's planning to take all five OVs and sign during the early period.

I really hope frost and staff have this kid as a top priority. This Kid has speed. And we need some speed on that side of the ball.

Us, Oregon, and Cal are his 3 that he knows he will forsure take an OV too doesn’t know the other two yet. Slowed things down with recruiting to not be distracted from the season.

Something tells me Oregon and Cal will be the teams to beat here. Maybe if we can have a better season then them 2 teams that can help land him .
