GSG
Can we lock this up now? So that I can start a thread about not forgetting to not forget. 3 Quote Link to comment

One last time: This IS a good thing. Fans thought it was going to be a bloodbath. Thought it might further embarrass the program. Many on here agreed it would be nice to ditch Oklahoma for a sure W that might nurse Scott Frost to six wins and a bowl game. If it makes you feel better, I apologize for thinking Scott Frost might be one of those people. Whatever you think about the controversy, it brought the non-con issue into focus. I wanted to stop and acknowledge that stepping up to the big game challenge was a bigger positive for the program than notching another Fordham win. Turns out the person who got the Huskers up for that game was Scott Frost. You try to put a pin in this stuff because it comes up every year and people forget it. There are some genuinely revisionist and less-than-positive posts currently trending on HuskerBoard if you want to mosey over there. Quote Link to comment

Dansker
Let’s not forget Oklahoma comes to Lincoln next year. A parting gift to send them back to Norman with an L would be glorious. 2 1 Quote Link to comment
