The probability of a recession has been getting lower lower. The Democrats have made lots of mistakes, including Biden and Clinton being the best candidates they could come up with. But with a candidate like Trump, sometimes you have to put some blame on the idiot voters. I'm not sure how the Democrats reach the type of people who are willing to vote for a depraved piece of s#!t.

If some polls are accurate and Trump is slated to win the National popular vote by 2-4%, Minnesota is probably just out of reach for Trump. In any case, a political environment where Trump wins that national popular vote by 2-4% means he's won a monumental Electoral College victory. An electoral environment where Trump actually wins Minnesota - which is possible if the United States enters a recession by September - it would mean an electoral college victory so astounding that the Democratic Party would have to completely reorient itself and become something new.

Not sure if this was a big thing all over but when we played football and there was a "controversy" about a play...we would eventually just say "DGO" or Down Goes Over...so that we could just do a replay of that down.

We grew up in the country, so it was just my brother and I a lot. We played 1-on-1 baseball from time to time. There were a lot of ghost runners.

I will start...who remembers having "ghost runners" when you would play baseball with friends? And our bases were a Willow Tree (first), Middle Fence Post (second), a tree (third) and this dead patch of grass for home plate.
