Nevermind the comment/question above - for the record: "On average, small businesses pay about eight to 18 percent more than large firms for the same health insurance policy. Health coverage providers may charge different premiums to small employers based on the industry of the employer or on the employer’s prior health claims."

Before anyone accuses me of it, I'm sure I'm guilty of sexual harassment at some point in my life. I mean come on. Some of these reports are getting ridiculous. If a guy asks a girl if she wants to go back to his place that can be sexual harassment. That is basically what college was. How in the hell will we continue populating earth if men don't try to procreate. Eventually nobody will be having kids anymore b/c you will basically not be able to communicate desire, whether a woman or a man. Listen, I get it. Many men, and women, in power are doing some bad things and deserve what they are getting. But it's just getting out of control. s#!t, I wish somebody would show me attention and maybe even throw a little sexual innuendo my way. I'm not talking about abuse here, I'm talking about what some may consider flirting. It's not a greatly defined line either direction like abuse is.

Just to clarify - if you asked me in college to go back to your room, and I wanted to and said yes, that isn't harassment. If you asked me, I didn't want to but you said, "hey, I'm your biology TA and class could be really difficult ....." that would be.
I'm sure you're just stirring the pot here - but the difference between being offended by off putting comments and disgusted by unreciprocated flirting are ver different than touching someone without their permission, or alluding to quid pro quo - and the later are off limits.
If you're not just stirring the pot - I'll let someone else deal with you.

I think if I have to read one more ‘Eeyore’ post from a certain poster on this board I’m going to explode! Good grief! For those if you unfamiliar with Eeyore he is a character in the Winnie-the-Pooh books by A. A. Milne.
