    None of the resume templates I have found list a section for references. Are references somehow outdated? I don't understand why a school district would want a resume as opposed to a standard application.

      Not in the education field, but I've never had anyone ask for references either. I'd have them handy if they do ask, but I wouldn't just give them to them upfront.

      I just use MS Word for my resume. I don't mention references--it goes without saying. But I keep a separate sheet listing references if anyone asks.

    any recommendations on resume programs or formats? The job I've been waiting five years for has opened and I have been asked to submit a resume immediately.

      Thanks, I will check it out. I don't know what it means, but the standard operating procedure for our district is to post a job for three weeks and then interview for a week. This job has a closing date of five days and was just posted this a.m.

    One guy on first, one out. Batter lines out to 6 who then those to first 6-3 for the third out. Is that just scored a DP? That is the way the rule book wordily reads, but shouldn't the baserunner be marked for something for being too far off 1st?

      I'd probably just go with a 9-2 out on the runner and a 1B for the batter. If it was a shallow, weak hit to RF, I suppose it could go as a FC for the batter. I'm no expert by any means.

      I think the guidelines to use in determining these things is "ordinary effort" and the "ordinary ability" of the players in the league you are scoring. It is a subjective determination of the official scorer.

    Someone please help me. Espn has a weekly discussion about the best players by position. Last week it was first base. When did this show or segment air? It might have been part of sportscenter or it might have been its own show. What day did it air?

      It's Nintendo's next-gen console, successor to the Wii. Where the Wii was lacking a bit in pure graphics capability, from what I understand, the Wii U makes up for it and then some.
