    No matter what happens, I love this team. They are a special, resilient bunch who has gone through so much in their careers let alone this season.

    Tied for 1st in the Pac-12 North: Washington and Washington State. Tied for first in the Pac 12 South: Utah and Colorado. What a weird season.

    I find it hard to believe Indiana committed 1 penalty the entire game. Probably wouldn't have altered things much. At the end of the day, I'm just glad Nebraska won. 6-0 for the first time since 2001.

      We had guys getting jerseys ripped off them. f'ing ridiculous! Those refs shouldnt be allowed back on the field. Someone needs to cut out all the holds and blocks in the back and put them in a compilation.

      My jaw dropped when the obvious blocks in the back weren't called on that return. Usually the slightest touch gets called on those. Our guys were being layed out.

      I kept waiting for them to make up the no-call PI early in the game, but they made it up in the wrong way, by flagging Nebraska for an iffy PI while letting another Indiana one go. That and the block in the back.

       

      To be fair, DPE's longest return looked like it had a questionable block as well.

    Impressive stat of the night: Rutgers punted for just 3 more yards than Michigan's total offense. 603 yards to 600 yards.

    Jose Fernandez and Arnold Palmer. The sports world was hit hard with these two deaths today. One who accomplished so much, one who was poised to do the same.

      What an awful day. I was bummed out as I started my day and as I ended my day. Thank god there was football in between.

       

      Didn't know too much about or get to watch Palmer, but he was truly a legend. I love his beverage. Jose was one of my favorite young players and had his whole life ahead of him.

       

      RIP to both of them.

    I wish that everyone had the opportunity to experience what life is like being a different race, a different gender, a different sexual orientation, a different SES, etc... Then perhaps we could get rid of this persecution complex. Straight white males have the least to worry about in this country.

      1. Nobody's ever said things are simply handed to every white male. But there are big differences being the "default" in this country versus not.

       

      2. On the flip side, the defaultness of being a white straight male is being eroded in many ways. And that can be disorienting for them.
