Scofrosghost
Wouldn’t it be nice if we could play them this weekend? 1 Quote Link to comment
Husker in WI
Lol - didn't he even cite Brian Ferentz as one of the main reasons he wanted to go to Iowa? That guy must sell himself really well. 1 Quote Link to comment

Red Five
McNamara got knocked out of the game and was on crutches on the sideline in the 2nd half. No official word yet, but probably out for the near future, if not the whole season. Quote Link to comment

Yeah...I would rather beat them with him playing. But....now I guess I hope we beat them without him. Quote Link to comment

I think everyone agrees with this statement. Personally, I'm not against rooting for Midwest teams. Couple years back Iowa was undefeated coming into the husker game. I found myself (and not ashamed to admit it) rooting for Iowa. Nebraska wasn't going to be bowl eligible even with a win and Iowa had a shot at going undefeated and reaching the playoff.. That day, for the first and only time of my life, that day I was ok with Iowa winning. Back to Cade though.. man does this blow for that young man. I feel bad for him, for his family and for his mental strain. Hopefully he heals up and is able to get a waiver on the season. Iowa fan, I feel your pain!! Quote Link to comment
Crusader Husker
That does suck for him. I hate seeing guys not be able to go out on their own terms. I am sure he can get another year for Iowa. Quote Link to comment
Husker in WI
It doesn't make me feel better about it. But part of me is happy to see Michigan State lose a game where they largely outplayed the opponent because their punter kicked the ball to a dangerous returner in the middle of the field, instead of towards his coverage. 1 Quote Link to comment

That's exactly what I thought of when i saw this play live. Quote Link to comment

He will be great by the time we see him. 3 Quote Link to comment
